Our Low FODMAP dairy free Cream Base can be used as a cream soup starter, casserole starter, gravy, sauce, the possibilites are endless.  Our Monash Certified Low FODMAP Cream Base is going to take  your cooking options to entirely new level. 

 

Directions for Broth:  Whisk 1.5 to 2.0 Tablespoons of Cream Base to 1/2 cup hot water (180-190 Degrees F), allow to set 10 minutes to thicken.  Note:  this was tested to be Low FODMAP at double the serving size.
